What are Trust Mama baby wipes?
Trust Mama baby wipes are the purest baby water wipes in the market. Our baby wet wipes contain 99.9% water and 0.1% of chamomile and aloe vera so they are safe to use on the newborn baby’s delicate skin.
How do Trust mama baby wipes clean?
Trust mama baby wipes contain pure water and a drop of aloe vera and chamomile. Water is a natural cleanser and moisturiser which is why health care professional recommends cotton wool and water, so our wipes are highly recommended for alternative. Aloe vera also helps to maintain good skin condition.
My Trust Mama baby wipes sometime feel slightly dry, what can I do about this?
Because our baby water wipes don’t use chemical to bind the liquid to the wipes, the water can sometime migrate to the bottom o the pack. To remedy this, resealed the sticker properly, turn your pack o wipes upside down and then gently squeeze and massage the pack for a few seconds. This will quickly redistribute the water more evenly throughout the pack.
If you are storing your wet wipes for some time, we recommend you the packs label-side down before use.
Do Trust mama baby wipes have an expiration date?
Like all wet wipes, our water wipes have an expiration date. We recommend using the packs within one month of opening. The production date and expiration date are printed on the back of the pack.
My baby has diaper rash – can I still use Trust mama water wipes?
Yes. Our baby wet wipes do not contain ingredients that could further irritate your baby’s delicate skin. Trust Mama water wipes are not a cure for diaper rash but as our wipes do not contain any chemicals so its gently clean the delicate skin.
Can I use Trust mama baby wipes on my baby’s face?
Yes. Our baby wipes contain 99.9% water and a touch of aloe vera and chamomile. And its safe to use on face or to clean baby hands because our wipes are more gentle on baby’s skin.
Are the packaging materials for Trust mama baby wipes recyclable?
We are on a journey to make all our packaging recycle. Currently all our boxes and all packaging are made from recycled material and cardboard and can be widely recycled.
Why should I use Trust Mama water wipes on my newborn baby’s skin?

Are Trust Mama Baby wipes flushable?
No, you should never flush any wipes. Even biodegradable wipes once combined with cooking oils and other undesirables that get flushed can be detrimental to sewers. If a product is labelled biodegradable, it does not mean it is flushable.
Is there bleach or chemical in Trust Mama baby wipes?
No. Our baby wet wipes contain 99.9% water and 0.1% o chamomile and aloe vera.
Can I put Trust Mama baby wipes in a wipe warmer/wipe dispenser?
No. We do not recommend that our baby water wipes are removed rom their pack and transferred to any another container, nor should the pack be over warmed. Wipes are a fresh natural product and should be stored in a cool dry place. We recommend all baby wipes are used within 4 weeks of opening.
